MULBERRY GROUP PLC ('MULBERRY' OR THE 'COMPANY')
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Mulberry is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Thomas Francis Vaughan (52) and Mr.
Bernard Lam Kong Heng (54) as non-executive directors of
the Company further to the completion of the subscription
by Challice Limited, a company wholly owned by the Ongs.
Marion Joan Saul has resigned as a director of the
Company but will remain as an employee of the Company and
a director of Mulberry Company (Design) Limited.  Judy
Harrison Bode has resigned as a non-executive director of
the Company.

Listed below are the names of the companies with which
Mr. Thomas Vaughan and Mr. Bernard Heng have been a
director at any time in the past five years.
