Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Bruno Guillon has been formally appointed to the Board of Directors of Mulberry Group plc (the "Board") following a meeting of the Board earlier today.  Bruno Guillon joined the Company on 1 March 2012 as Chief Executive.
