Mulberry Group Plc ('Mulberry' or the 'Company')

The Company announces that Andrew Christopher Roberts (38) and Edward Vandyk
(55) have been appointed as non executive directors of Mulberry.  The Company
further announces, that Bernard Heng and Thomas Vaughan have resigned with
immediate effect as non executive Directors of the Company.

Andrew Christopher Roberts was a non-Executive Director (representing The
Evolution Group PLC) of eBop Media Plc and eBop Limited that went into
liquidation on 19 December 2000.  He was also a non-Executive Director
(representing The Evolution Group Plc) of Unica Communications Limited, to which
an administrative receiver was appointed on 9 February 2001 and similarly, also
a Non-Executive Director (representing The Evolution Group PLC) of 18 Global
Inc. an US based company, which is currently in Chapter 7.

West Wellow Development Company Limited (subsidiary of Health and Leisure
Holdings Limited (not in administrative receivership - a subsidiary of Theme
Holdings Limited Ragdale Hall Limited.
