Director's Dealing

Godfrey Davis, CEO and Chairman of the Company, has transferred 49,383 ordinary
5p shares ('Shares') into his Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). This does
not change Godfrey Davis's beneficial ownership of 1,669,558 Shares, being 2.9%
of the Company's current issued share capital. The Shares are registered in the
name of Teawood Nominees Ltd 1,572,558 Shares, Godfrey Davis SIPP 77,000 Shares
and Sally Davis 20,000 Shares.


The transfers into the SIPP took place on 5 and 6 March 2008.
