DIRECTOR'S DEALING


Mulberry Group Plc, the AIM-listed luxury brand, has been informed that on 6
September 2007, Mr. Guy Rutherford, Group Finance Director, sold 30,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a price of 255p.

Further to this transaction, Mr. Rutherford is interested in 6,938 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
