DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed that a transfer of 564,026 ordinary shares in
Mulberry, beneficially owned by Mr R. Saul, took place on 19 November 2002.  The
shares were transferred from their registered name of Brunel Trustee to Teawood
Nominees Limited.  No change in the beneficial ownership took place and there
has been no change to the amount of shares beneficially and non-beneficially
held by Mr R. Saul as a result of this transfer.
