DIRECTORATE CHANGE


Mulberry Group Plc, the AIM-listed luxury brand, today announces that Guy
Rutherford, Group Finance Director, has resigned and will leave the Company on
31 December 2007 in order to pursue other opportunities. A replacement for Mr
Rutherford is currently being sought.

Godfrey Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive, commented: 'The Directors would
like to thank Guy for his contribution to the Company over the last nine years
and his involvement in the turnaround that has been achieved. We wish him every
success for the future.'
