DIRECTORS' DEALING & NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST


Mulberry Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that Mr. Godfrey Davis, Mr.
Guy Rutherford and Mr. John Rogers, all of whom are Directors of the Company, as
well as Mrs. Sally Davis, sold in total 525,000 Ordinary Shares at 170p per
ordinary share on 28 February 2006.

Following this transaction the holdings of these individuals, in the Company's
Ordinary Shares of 5p each (directly or via private companies beneficially owned
by them) are as laid out in the table below.

Mulberry Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that Challice Limited
purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 170p per ordinary share on 28 February
2006.

Following this transaction Challice holds 26,212,144 Ordinary Shares of 5p each,
which is 53.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
