DIRECTORS' DEALING


Mulberry Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that Mr. John Rogers, a
Director of the Company, sold 15,000 Ordinary Shares at 173p per ordinary share
on 14 July 2005.

Mr. Rogers' holding following this transaction (directly or via private
