RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

At  the  extraordinary general meeting of  Mulberry  held
today,  the special resolution approving the subscription
by Challice Limited and approving the waiver by the Panel
on Takeovers and Mergers, as described in the circular to
shareholders dated 17 August 2000 was duly passed.
