MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

GRANT OF OPTIONS

On 4 August 2005 the Board of Mulberry Group plc granted options over Mulberry
Group plc ordinary shares of 5 pence each at an exercise price of 145.5 pence
per share to the following directors:

Godfrey Davis   100,000 shares
Guy Rutherford  100,000 shares

These options are exercisable during the period from 4 August 2008 to 3 August
2015.

Following the granting of these options, Godfrey Davis and Guy Rutherford hold
ordinary shares of 5 pence each under option as at 4 August 2005 as follows:

Godfrey Davis        205,000 shares
Guy Rutherford       256,938 shares
