Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 17 April 2012 that on 13 April 2012 Challice Limited disposed of 125,700 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").

As a result of the above transaction, Challice Limited now owns 33,586,444 Ordinary Shares, representing 56.3% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
