MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

ISSUE OF EQUITY

The Company has applied for 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

These share options were exercised at the option price of £0.53 pence.

The Directors of the company have approved the allotment of the shares.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 12 July 2007. The
issued share capital of the Company following this announcement is 57,394,505
ordinary shares of 5p each.
