MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

ISSUE OF EQUITY - DIRECTOR DEALING

The Company has applied for 56,938 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares represent options which Guy Rutherford has decided to
exercise at the option price of 39.5 pence. The Directors of the company have
approved the allotment of the shares.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 15 December 2005. The
issued share capital of the Company following this announcement is 48,874,462.
