Notification of Board Changes



John Rogers (sourcing director) will retire from the Board on 7 April 2006 after
19 years service.  On behalf of all shareholders I would like to record the
Company's thanks to John for his contribution to the company and his involvement
in the turnaround that has been achieved in the last 3 years. We wish him a long
and happy retirement.  Also, I would like to thank John for the successful
conclusion of the succession plan which has involved recruitment and the
reorganisation of the sourcing team, which was completed in 2005.
