MULBERRY TO DEVELOP ASIAN MARKETS

Mulberry, the English luxury lifestyle brand announces that agreement has been
reached with Club 21 Pte Ltd, to import and distribute the Mulberry brand in
North and South East Asia.

Club 21 is a leading distributor and retailer of high end brands throughout the
region.

The first Mulberry shop will open in Hong Kong in October followed by a shop in
Singapore in December. Club 21 will take over the established distribution,
principally in Hong Kong.

Club 21 Pte Ltd is under common ownership with Challice Limited, the majority
shareholder in Mulberry.
