Redemption of A Preference shares

Mulberry announces that today the Company has redeemed the 250,000 1 per cent.
cumulative A preference shares('the A Preference Shares') of £1 each in the
Company.

Shareholders were informed of the intention to redeem the A Preference Shares in
the Open Offer prospectus dated 7 August 2003. The A Preference Shares were
redeemed at par out of the proceeds of the Open Offer.
