The Board of Mulberry Group plc is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 13 June 2012 were duly passed. The final dividend of 5.0p per ordinary share will be paid as proposed on 17 September 2012.
