The issuer has made the following amendment to the Additional Listing
announcement released 26 October 2000 at 17:14 hrs under RNS No. 1415T.
In relation to the exercise of 115,080 of B Ordinary Shares of
25p each, it should be noted that application has been made
to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority
for a total of 15,080 B Ordinary Shares of 25p each to be
admitted to the Official List on 30 October 2000 and not
115,080 B Ordinary Shares of 25p , as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc
and the UK Listing Authority for a total of 15,080 B
Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be admitted to the
Official List. It is expected that permission to admit the
new shares will be granted on 27 October 2000 and that
Trading will commence on 30 October 2000.
These shares are being issued as a result of the conversion
of the Company's 'B' Ordinary Shares of 25p.
When issued, These shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary shares.
