Appointment of non-executive director

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Andrew John Cameron as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 5 September 2012. 

Donald qualified at the Bar of England and Wales in 2002. Having transferred to the Faculty of Advocates, he was called to the Scottish Bar in 2005, and now practises as an Advocate in Scotland.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R(1):
