The Company announces that, on 8 November 2012, 15,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were sold at a premium from its Treasury account for cash at a price of 671.0 pence per share.

Following the above sale, the Company holds a total of 532,000 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 65,884,458.
