MURRAY INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 15 February 2001 Murray Income Trust PLC purchased for cancellation
135,000 of its own ordinary shares at 562.25p per share.
Following the transaction the company's issued ordinary share capital is
71,333,935 ordinary shares of 25p each.
