MURRAY INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 11 February 2005 Murray Income Trust PLC purchased for cancellation 12,500 of
its own ordinary shares at 530.798p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
68,412,658 ordinary shares of 25p each.
