MURRAY INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 9 February 2005 Murray Income Trust PLC purchased for cancellation 32,300 of
its own ordinary shares at 521.33p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
68,425,158 ordinary shares of 25p each.
