MURRAY INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 15 June 2005, Murray Income Trust PLC purchased for cancellation 168,000 of
its own ordinary shares at 539.4825 pence per share.


Following the transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
67,302,458 ordinary shares of 25p each.
