Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 20,107 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 4 July
2002 and that admission and trading will commence 5 July 2002.
These shares are being issued as a result of the conversion of 20,107 B ordinary
shares of 25p into 20,107 Ordinary Shares of 25p each and the cancellation of
listing in respect of 20,107 B Ordinary Shares.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares
with the exception that they will not rank for the interim dividends payable on
16 August 2002, 15 November 2002 and 17 February 2003. The first dividend to
which they will be entitled will be the final in respect of the year ending 31
December 2002.
