The issuer advises that the following amends the Additional Listing announcement
released on 16 May 2002 at 8:00, under RNS number 9713V.

The first sentence should read: Application has been made to the Financial
Services Authority for 41,568 B Ordinary shares, and not 41,568 Ordinary shares,
as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged, and the full-amended
text appears below.

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 41,568 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 20 May
2002 and that admission and trading will commence 27 May 2002.

These shares are being issued as a result of capitalisation of B ordinary shares
of 25p each on a basis of 3.47805 for every 100 held.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
