Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 32,876 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') 
to be admitted to the Official List.



It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 19 May
2006 and that admission and trading will commence on 22 May 2006.



These shares have been issued as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary
shares of 25p on a basis of 3.02225 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary
shares held.



When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
