Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 64,518 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 30
June 2005 and that admission and trading will commence 01 July 2005.

These shares are being issued as a result of the conversion of 64,518 B Ordinary
shares of 25p into 64,518 ordinary shares of 25p each.

The converted shares do not rank for the interim dividends payable on 15 August
2005, 16 November 2005 and 15 February 2006. The first dividend to which they
will be entitled will be the final in respect of the year ending 31 December
2005.
