B Ord Cap Issue - Amendment

AMENDMENT

Please note that the announcement released on 14th August 2007 at 1035hrs (RNS
No 0482C) showed an incorrect B Ordinary share capital figure.  The figure
incorrectly shown in the original announcement was 1,083,488.  This should have
read 1,083,578.  Please see below the correct announcement.

The Company announces the allotment on 14 August 2007 of 6,980 B Ordinary shares
of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued
B Ordinary share capital is now 1,083,578 Ordinary shares.



These shares have been issued in lieu of the first interim dividend payable to
Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of
25p on the basis of 0.64834 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares
held.
