The Company announces the allotment on 16 August 2011 of 7,563 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 859,306 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the first interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.88795 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 15 July 2011.
