The Company announces the allotment on 17 February 2012 of 8,608 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 875,295 Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the third interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.99321 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 6 January 2012.
