The Company announces the allotment on 14 November 2008 of 7,608 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,111,872 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the second interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.69380 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
