The Company announces the allotment on 16 May 2008 of 12,264 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,109,338 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the final dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 1.11788 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
