The Company announces the allotment on 16 February 2009 of 8,660 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,120,588 Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the third interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.77883 Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
