Capitalisation Issue of B Ordinary Shares

In accordance with the terms of the Articles of Association of the Company the Directors have resolved to make a bonus issue of B Ordinary shares which corresponds to the third interim dividend of 4.8p per Ordinary share, announced on 3 December 2008.  

The Company will capitalise a sum of £2,165 being part of the sum standing at credit of the realised gains reserve and the Directors will issue 0.77883 new B Ordinary shares credited as fully paid for every 100 B Ordinary shares held at close of business on the record date of 9 January 2009 (resulting in the issue of 8,660 new B Ordinary shares). Definitive certificates in respect of the new B Ordinary shares arising from the capitalisation will be posted on 16 February 2009 to holders of B Ordinary shares on the record date.
