MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC

The Company announces that it has entered into a new five year fixed YEN 8,400,000,000 facility (the "Facility") with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purpose of refinancing an existing facility for a similar amount.  Under the terms of the Facility JPY 8,400,000,000 has been drawn down today at an all-in rate of 3.17 per cent fixed until 13 May 2015.
