AMENDMENT
This announcement replaces the one released at 1525hrs today 4th July (RNS No
6702Z). The earlier announcement incorrectly showed that 'the Directors will
issue 6980 new B Ordinary Shares'. This should have read 'the Directors will
issue 0.64834 new B Ordinary Shares'

Capitalisation Issue of B Ordinary Shares
In accordance with the terms of the Articles of Association of the Company the
Directors have resolved to make a bonus issue of B Ordinary shares which
corresponds to the first interim dividend of 4.3p per Ordinary share, announced
on 26 April 2007.
The Company will capitalise a sum of £1,745 being part of the sum standing at
credit of the realised gains reserve and the Directors will issue 0.64834 new B
Ordinary shares credited as fully paid for every 100 B Ordinary shares held at
close of business on the record date of 6 July 2007 (resulting in the issue of
6,980 new B Ordinary shares). Definitive certificates in respect of the new B
Ordinary shares arising from the capitalisation will be posted on 14 August 2007
to holders of B Ordinary shares on the record date.
