Capitalisation Issue of B Ordinary Shares

The Company announces the allotment on 14 August 2008 of 7,696 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,104,264 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the first interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.70183 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
