The Company confirms the allotment on 18 February 2013 of 8,716 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 908,713 B Ordinary shares.  Dealings are expected to commence in the new B Ordinary shares on 20 February 2013.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the final dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.96845 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 4 January 2013.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 123,105,242 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 908,713 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is 124,013,955.

124,013,955 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
