MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC (THE "COMPANY")

The Board of Murray International Trust PLC announces that 11,611 new Ordinary shares of 25p were issued on 30 June 2010 under the Company's Ordinary share Blocklisting facility as a result of the conversion of 11,611 B Ordinary shares of 25p into 11,611 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the period to 23 June 2010.

The converted shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of 25p each.

Following the above issue there are 100,188,235 Ordinary shares of 25p each in issue and 1,098,997 B Ordinary shares of 25p each in issue.
