MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC (THE "COMPANY")

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 5,726 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on 29 June 2012.

The listing application has been made following the conversion of 5,726 B Ordinary shares into Ordinary shares in the period to 23 June 2012.

The new Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. 

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 116,653,204 and the number of B Ordinary shares in issue is 882,825 with each Ordinary and B Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
