MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC (THE 'COMPANY')


The Board of Murray International Trust PLC announces that 28,870 new Ordinary
shares of 25p each have been issued under the Company's Ordinary share
Blocklisting facility as a result of the conversion of 28,870 B Ordinary shares
of 25p into 28,870 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the period to 30 June 2007.

The converted shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of 25p
each.

Following the above issue there are 86,612,772 Ordinary shares of 25p each in
issue and 1,076,598 B Ordinary shares of 25p each in issue.
