MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

The Board of Murray International Trust PLC announces that 12,770 new Ordinary shares of 25p each have been issued under the Company's Ordinary share Blocklisting facility as a result of the conversion of 12,770 B Ordinary shares of 25p into 12,770 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the period to 23 June 2008.

The converted shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of 25p each. 

Following the above issue there are 86,936,042 Ordinary shares of 25p each in issue and 1,096,568 B Ordinary shares of 25p each in issue.
