Issue of B Ordinary shares

The Company announces the allotment on 14 May 2010 of 14,872 new B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,110,608 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the final dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 1.35726 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
