The Company announces the allotment on 16 August 2010 of 6,728 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 826,604 Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the first interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.82064 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 16 July 2010.
