The Company announces that on 18 July 2008, 50,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 667 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 86,986,042 Ordinary shares (and 1,096,568 B Ordinary shares).
