Issue of Equity

The Company announces the allotment today (28 April 2008) of 50,000 new Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its Ordinary share block listing facility.  The
Ordinary issued share capital is now 88,688,272 Ordinary shares (and 1,097,074 B
Ordinary shares).

The shares were issued for cash at a price of 730 pence per share.
