The Company announces that on 20 January 2009, a further 300,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 590 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 90,088,992 Ordinary shares (and 1,111,928 B Ordinary shares).
