The Company announces that, on 5 March 2010, 275,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 837.00 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 96,856,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,095,736 B Ordinary shares).
